Wander Halloween woodland trails, filled with mischievous monsters and magical surprises, all designed for families, not frights.

The fun doesn’t stop there! Every ride stays open during the whole week of SpookWood, so get ready to soar through the trees on the Green Dragon Roller Coaster and swoosh down the Solar Splash!

Whether you’re bringing little ones, grandparents, or your four-legged friend, SpookWood is a Halloween adventure everyone can enjoy.

In the heart of our forest, you’ll find pumpkin carving stations where you can carve your very own Halloween masterpiece! We’ll supply everything you need: the pumpkin, tools, and expert helpers to guide little hands.

Build-A-Monster – Bring a Cuddly Creature to Life

In our Halloween workshop, imagination takes centre stage!

What dates is SpookWood running?

SpookWood takes place from Saturday 25th October to Sunday 2nd November 2025, during the half-term holiday.

What are the opening times of SpookWood?

The park is open daily from 10am to 5:30pm (last entry 4pm).

Are all the rides and attractions open?

Yes! The whole park and all your favourite rides are open throughout SpookWood — including the Green Dragon Roller Coaster, Solar Splash, Enchanted River Ride, BareFoot Trail, Giant Jumping Pillow and more.

What ages is SpookWood suitable for?

SpookWood is designed to be fun, friendly, and not too scary — perfect for families with children of all ages. There are gentle thrills for little ones and big adventures for older kids and grown-ups too.

Can we bring our dog?

Yes! GreenWood Family Park is dog-friendly. Well-behaved dogs on leads are welcome throughout the park, including selected rides and woodland trails. Please remember to bring waste bags and water.

Can we come in costume?

Absolutely! We encourage everyone — kids and grown-ups alike — to dress up in their best Halloween costumes.
