- Family season passes allow *unlimited Park access from 14th February 2026 until 1st November 2026
- *Subject to our park opening times
- Excludes access to Soft Play only days
- Includes the main summer holiday period – must be booked 24 hours before
- Does not include special ticketed events or activities
- A named adult on the pass must be present and remain during each visit
- Entry is subject to availability and park capacity – pre-booking is mandatory.
- Bookings are non-transferable/non-refundable
- Family Season Passes are not transferable
- Children under 16 years must be accompanied by an adult/lead passholder to enter the Park
- During off-peak, rides/activities will run on rota basis; timetables will be provided upon entry
- The management reserves the right to withdraw or modify any of the rides, activities or exhibits without prior notice
- The Family Season Pass does not include admission to any additional charge events except SpookWood, or activities including but not limited to pumpkin carving, festive events and Soft Play only days
- Passes cannot be used in conjunction with any other offers
- Family of 4 can consist of 3 adults and 1 Child, 1 adult and up to 3 children, 2 adults and 2 children,
- Children under 1metre will be included in the total number of guests
- If you have more than 4 members in your family, you will need to purchase separate tickets along with your membership on entry or purchase 2 local passes
- Pictures must be uploaded by 1st February 2026 – passes without pictures will be cancelled and no refund given
- Management reserve the right to withdraw passes if they are misused
- If the photos provided do not match the guests upon arrival, entry to the park will be denied
