The Family Season Pass does not include admission to any additional charge events or activities and Soft Play only opening days.
The park cannot exceed capacity numbers, therefore to avoid disappointment, it is best to pre-book your visit online.

What does the Season Pass include?

The Season Pass provides unlimited entry for up to 4 people to the main park on days when the park is open. Access to the soft play only days is not included.

How much does the Family Season Pass cost?

£245 for a family of 4

When is the pass valid?

14th February 2026 – 1st November 2026

The pass is valid during the main park’s operating hours. If the park is open, your pass can be used.

Who is eligible to purchase the Season Pass?

The Season Pass is open to everyone.

Are there any limitations, exclusions or conditions I should know about?

Yes, there are some limitations and conditions you should be aware of:

· The pass cannot be used on soft play only days.

· Photographs must be uploaded to your own profile and cannot be changed once submitted.

· During busy periods, spaces are limited and must be booked online in advance.

Do I need to pre-book visits if I have a Season Pass?

Yes! You will need to pre-book your visit, especially during busy periods.

How do I buy the Season Pass and when does sales start?

The pre-sale begins on 28th November 2025, followed by the general sale on 1st December 2025. Please note that only a limited quantity will be available, you can purchase directly through our website.

Can the Season Pass be used for all parts of the park, including Soft Play?

The Season Pass is valid for the main park only. It cannot be used on Soft Play only days.

Is the pass transferable or can others use it in my place?

No, season passes are non-transferable. Each pass is linked to your account and requires an uploaded photo and name for verification. Passes are also non-refundable.

What if I buy the pass and then cannot use it for some reason (e.g., illness, change of plan)?

Season Passes are generally non-refundable and non-transferable. However, in exceptional circumstances, we recommend contacting the park directly to discuss your situation. They will review your case and advise if any options are available.

Do I get a physical pass?

All passes will be issued online, you will not receive a physical pass. Photographs must be uploaded to your profile.

How do I get discounts?

We currently do not offer any discounts.

Why is the Season Pass more expensive than last year?

The price of the Season Pass reflects updates and improvements we’ve made to enhance your experience. Increased operational costs to maintain high-quality service. We aim to provide the best value possible, and the updated pricing ensures we can continue delivering exciting benefits throughout the season.

Why do I have to add my photograph?

Yes, it is important to upload the correct photograph on your profile. This helps prevent misuse and ensures that your identity can be verified. If the photo is missing or incorrect, you may be refused entry.

"Educational Visit, Great Day!"

We recently visited GreenWood for an educational visit with our learners. Our learners are aged 16 – 19 and looking to get into work or go to college. Although the park is aimed at families, they could not have been more welcoming & accommodating to our group.

We absolutely love this place. It’s such a great day out for all the family. The staff go above and beyond to make your day special. The entertainment is brilliant and funny. My daughters loved it.

Spent the day here with my husband, son whos 11 and daughter whos 9, we had a great day, there is lots to do, parks, rides, plenty of food, ice cream & drink stalls. They have huts with activities in for an extra cost aswell. Will deffo go back for another fun day out.

It's clean and everything is sturdy and safe. We were a group of 6 people, 2 kids (7 and 3) 2 disabled adults (mobility issues) and 2 adults/carers. The kids loved all the activities available and enjoyed every minute of it. They didn't want to leave. I highly recommend.

"Excellent….a must do!"

Brilliant park, so much to do! 2 teens and a toddler there all day and still feel like we could have stayed longer. Magic show was very good, light hearted fun. The whole place has the feel of good fun. Staff were amazing, definitely worth the money.
