We are a totally unique, eco-friendly forest adventure park full of action and excitement, nestled beneath the trees of Snowdonia’s National Park for toddlers to grown-ups, with totally mind-blowing rides and experiences from rollercoasting to splashing and mega crafting, PLUS the adventure doesn’t end there, visitors can combine family adventures with overnight stays in our luxury tipis, the perfect way to unwind after a thrilliant day, with everything you need included, from hot showers to the kitchen sink!
As a member of our team, you will deliver outstanding experiences for our guests ensuring their time with us is a memorable one. Using your vibrant personality, you will greet and host our youngest guests giving them the warmest of welcomes and a reason to return.
We are looking for team members with sparkle and passion, that are genuinely interested in providing high quality guest service and telling the stories of our unique attraction. A team playing attitude is a must.
Within this specialist guest services role, you will be responsible for providing a diverse range of activities for our youngest of guests at Greenwood family park.
This role is key in enhancing the magic and excitement of their visit, including:
- Provide face painting, hair braiding, and creative arts and crafts.
- Offer a diverse range of designs, including themed characters such as animals, fantasy creatures such as unicorns, superheroes.
- Interact with children and families to create joy, laughter, special memories and a magical experience.
Key requirements:
- Experience in face painting, and quality hair braiding or a related artistic field.
- A passion for working with children and creating magical moments.
- Ability to adapt to your environment to work efficiently while delivering quality designs.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a friendly, engaging atmosphere.
- Ability to set up and maintain a professional, clean, and organised face painting station.
- Ability to follow hygiene and safety protocols for all face painting tools and products.
- Have a professional, friendly, and engaging personality.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- A good understanding of safety and hygiene best practices.
Salary: Our hourly rates are above Minimum Wage and paid by age:
- £7.60 For all employees aged 16-17 years of age
- £10.10 for all employees aged 18-20 years of age
- £12.31 for all employees aged 21 and over
To be revised i April 2026
Contract: Zero Hour fixed term contract available to offer you flexibility (until 2nd November 2026). This role is available for peak season only, including Weekends, School and bank holidays.
