When can the Season Pass be used?
Your pass gives unlimited access to the park from 14th February 2026 until 1st November 2026, subject to park opening times. It does not include Soft Play only days or special ticketed events, but it does cover the main summer holiday period, just make sure to book at least 24 hours in advance.
What if I have more than 4 people in my family?
If you have more than four people in your family, why not buy two sets of passes and allocate the remaining spots to friends. Just pick your group at the start, and the same people enjoy every visit together all season.
What happens if I have 3 people in my family?
If you’re a family of three, your season pass still includes a fourth space, perfect for bringing along one of your child’s friends on every visit. Once chosen, this guest remains the same for the whole season.

Yes, there are some limitations and conditions you should be aware of:
· The pass cannot be used on soft play only days.
· Photographs must be uploaded to your own profile and cannot be changed once submitted.
· During busy periods, spaces are limited and must be booked online in advance.
Do I need to pre-book visits if I have a Season Pass?
Yes! You will need to pre-book your visit, especially during busy periods.
How do I buy the Season Pass and when does sales start?
The pre-sale begins on 28th November 2025, followed by the general sale on 1st December 2025. Please note that only a limited quantity will be available, you can purchase directly through our website.
Can the Season Pass be used for all parts of the park, including Soft Play?
The Season Pass is valid for the main park only. It cannot be used on Soft Play only days.
Is the pass transferable or can others use it in my place?
No, season passes are non-transferable. Each pass is linked to your account and requires an uploaded photo and name for verification. Passes are also non-refundable.
What if I buy the pass and then cannot use it for some reason (e.g., illness, change of plan)?
Season Passes are generally non-refundable and non-transferable. However, in exceptional circumstances, we recommend contacting the park directly to discuss your situation. They will review your case and advise if any options are available.
Do I get a physical pass?
All passes will be issued online, you will not receive a physical pass. Photographs must be uploaded to your profile.
How do I get discounts?
