If you are passionate about catering with experience and an understanding of the food industry, this is the opportunity for you!
You will produce our catering offer for our guests giving them a reason to return. The role is demanding, but hugely rewarding and will require you to prepare, cook and serve food within service and food presentation guidelines.
With a proven track record of working within a commercial kitchen operation you will also be responsible for delivering the hourly and daily targets set by the Food and Beverage Manager, whilst also ensuring exceptional food standards.
Your role requires the use of Griddles, Fryers and Pizza Ovens within the main kitchen and across the outlets on the Park.
This role would suit someone who has experience of cooking in pub kitchens. You will have experience in a fast-paced environment, and using griddles and fryers as a short order or line chef.
Presentation, organisation and an understanding of FSA and EH regulations is crucial.
We are looking for team members with sparkle and passion, that are genuinely interested in catering and delivering the highest standard of food preparation, a team-playing attitude is a must.

- Pay rate:£13.30 per hour
