Join our team as a Marketing Manager at Greenwood Family Park.

GreenWood Family Park is North Wales’ leading family adventure park, offering a fun-filled day out with rides, play, and nature. We’re committed to delivering unforgettable experiences, and we’re looking for a hands-on, creative, and commercially minded Marketing Manager to help us do just that.

Based on-site, this pivotal role is responsible for driving visitor growth, enhancing brand awareness, and increasing revenue. You’ll lead the attraction’s marketing strategy and execution across digital, print, partnerships, PR, and events, ensuring GreenWood remains a must-visit destination for families in Wales, the North West and beyond.

As the brand guardian, you’ll shape and deliver creative campaigns underpinned by customer and market insight. You’ll lead on all aspects of marketing, from content creation and campaign planning to performance tracking, ensuring your efforts align with guest needs and contribute to enquiry generation, growth, and revenue.

This is a standalone role at Greenwood Family Park. Whilst you will have support from our  central marketing team you will be responsible for all aspects of marketing from social media posts to budget management and strategy.

A Bit About You

You’re a creative and commercially-minded marketer with a track record of delivering successful campaigns across multiple channels (digital, print, and direct marketing) that drive business growth.

Ideally, you’ll come from a tourism, hospitality or leisure background. But if you come from a different background and have the skills to make a meaningful impact, we’d still love to hear from you.

You’re comfortable analysing trends, managing budgets, and measuring the impact of your campaigns to ensure continuous improvement.

Most importantly, you’re a team player who collaborates effectively across departments and plays a key role in shaping and executing marketing initiatives.

What’s on offer?

Salary: £32,000 – £35,000 per annum (dependent on experience)

Contract: Full time permanent, 40 hours (5 over 7 days).
