Season Pass Holders: If you did not receive an email from us on Friday 10th July please email info@greenwoodfamilypark.co.uk with your full names, membership numbers, expiry dates and the postcode your memberships are registered to and we’ll send you the email with all the information you need to know.
Please note we are unable to issue or renew any season passes this year however, we’re working on something new for 2021, watch this space…
Members Benefits
Passes are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase and include:
- Unlimited visits to the Park and the WoodBarn Indoor Soft Play approx. Mid-March to end October & February Half Term (See opening times & prices)
- 10% discount off child admission rates (1yr+) for the WoodBarn Soft Play during Winter Opening (See opening times & prices)
- Discounted Birthday Party rates
- 10% discount on any purchases made in our Acorn Gift Shop (Excludes
drinks, ice creams/lollies and balloons) - 10% discount for membership renewals on or before the expiry date
(Expiry date is shown on reverse of pass) - 10% discount on Christmas Events
Season Pass Terms & Conditions
- The pass admits the named person to the Park and is nontransferable/non-refundable
- Pass holders who do not present their cards can be admitted with other ID twice only
- Lost passes will be replaced at a cost of £5 each
- You may be asked to have your photograph updated on the membership system
- Children under 16 years must be accompanied by an adult to enter the
Park - During low & mid-season, rides/activities will run on rota basis –
timetables will be provided upon entry - The Green Dragon Roller Coaster and Solar Splash will not operate
during February Half Term - The management reserves the right to withdraw or modify any of the
rides, activities or exhibits without prior notice - Any additional events which are outside normal opening hours will be
available at an additional cost (Pass holder discounted rates will be available)
