School trips to GreenWood offer a unique forest adventure that is educational, thought provoking, inspiring and FUN! All in a safe environment for children to learn and play in.
GreenWood is a unique learning environment, from the world’s only people powered coaster to the first solar powered ride in the UK, not to mention our green credentials, being environmentally friendly has always been our mission.
We are predominantly suitable for school children up to and including year 6, and we welcome visits from pre-school, primary and middle schools as well as special schools.
Our friendly and dedicated team will look after you right from your initial enquiry through to post visit feedback, they are on hand to answer any questions, send copies of any documents you require and ensure you get everything you need for a memorable school trip.

Re-fuel at Snowdon Snacks
With a range of hot food, sweet treats, ice creams and lollies plus hot and cold drinks, with an undercover seating area.
OR bring your own (yes you can)
If you prefer, everyone is more than welcome to bring along their lunch box, with plenty of picnic areas and seating dotted around.
Our Acorn Giftshop is pocket money heaven
Selling newspaper pencils, rulers made from CD’s and toys made from milk bottles, open throughout the day with one of our friendly team members on hand to help.
